Not well but organised. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. I took my old oven this week and staff came to help me without even asking. I have used that place at least 9 times in last few months had no issues. Bringing your ID is very basic rules for site like this. Complaining about ID is childish.
The receptionist was aggressive, I left my drivers licence in my gardening coat by mistake as it was too hot for a coat today. I had two compost size bags of garden rubbish and was told to 'go home get it then come back' I think some discretion could have been used but oh no the receptionist says 'I run this site' so I deposited the two bags anyway and was apprehended told I'd be done for fly tipping, photos taken of me and my car then called a prick by the receptionist man and told i am now banned from the site. Not much goodwill or customer service there, some manners and customer service training wouldn't go a miss.nNever had any problems in years going to the tip and usually make use of the shop as well. I guess it's leigh tip from now on, hopefully the staff there are not so aggressive In thier manner.
Just been to the site in Stock Rd, Thursday 20th November afternoon website states it’s open 9 til 4 yet it’s closed not very helpfulnPlease amend you opening times if this wasn’t a one off sudden closurenThank you
Really helpful staff, who help to unload and bin items to save time. Polite and friendly. Would recommend.
