I'm an extremely anxious patient and normally dread the dentist however I can not compliment the dentist Joseph Wong enough. He fully explained everything which I feel relieved a lot of my anxiety and reassured me. I had two teeth extracted included a troublesome wisdom tooth that have been nothing but painful for many years. He was extremely professional and I honestly can't thank him enough and his dental nurse Sally.
Miss Chandra at the dental practice is exceptional! Her expertise, gentle touch, and warm personality make every visit a comfortable and reassuring experience. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking top-level dental care. :
I have found this Dental practice to be nothing more than a conveyer belt of cash with a complete lack of personal service or care. They readily accept NHS patients but then push you towards private treatments. Appointment fee after appointment fee where all you get is two minutes of being told what they'll do at the next appointment. If you pay for your dentistry please consider other options.
Dr Erin was fantastic. A lovely bedside manner and very thorough. The whole practice felt very comfortable and welcoming. Pleased to have finally found a dental practice in Telford that I can trust.
Had my trip to stirchley dentist today. I arrived early which was fine, perfect to calm my nerves before i went in as this was my second visit. The receptionists i spoke to were very polite and checked me in straight away. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was seen by the lovely Dr Nisar and Holly who both made me feel very welcome I must admit I was very nervous but straight away they put me right at ease of any worries I had of having my wisdom tooth out. They were very friendly and very professional. Dr Nisar was amazing explaining everything , My procedure went well and I can't thank them enough. For a first timer of having anything like this done i have to say i think i did very well and it's all down to how well they were with me so thankyou so much. See you again in 3 months time.
