Helen was our solicitor recently for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new one. We couldn't have asked for a better solicitor. She took time to meet us on many occasions to go through all our paperwork. She was very easy to get in contact with and she stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. Helen is a friendly, approachable and caring individual and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends and family.
Helen ensured the smooth completion of our recent sale. She was great at explaining the whole process and ensured everything was checked. Would highly recommend and will be using her services again when we buy our next house.
Phoned and receptionist said they only had one solicitor working this week and recommended I phoned someone else. Must be good if they can turn away business.
Avoid !!!!….so slow and extremely unprofessional. Rude staff and a simple situation dragged on well beyond any reasonable timescale. Solicitors working part time hours, yet taking on far more clients than they can handle …money first and terrible communication. Worst I have ever had any dealing with …in my own entitled and humble opinion…Avoid and go elsewhere.
Helen recently acted on our behalf to complete the sale/purchase of our home. Helen went above and beyond to help work through any issues. Would highly recommend.
