I never leave reviews but felt the need to this time. Booked Steve's tax's to pick me up from an event two weeks ago, when I first called to book they couldn't do my time of 3.15am so I said don't worry I will book elsewhere, the lady then said to me "Oh actually we can do 3.15" so I booked the taxi. At 3.15am I phoned Steve's and asked where they were they said 5 mins away. To cut a long story short they left me waiting outside in minus temperatures for an hour. It wasn't just me there was about 20 other people in the same situation as me all booked with Steve's. Once I got in the taxi I called Steve's and asked for an explanation, I explained to them that I was left outside in minus temperatures with lies after lies saying the driver is on it's way. The guy on the phone working for Stevie's then shouted at me saying he has had enough of people phoning up and complaining and it's not his fault he didn't book us in and then he put the phone down on me!!!! Steve's over booked that night knowing full well at least 20 people would be waiting outside of a venue in minus temperatures for an hour, their excuse was people used the same name as everyone else. So at least 5 groups of people got the correct name of the taxis booked? Funny they even suggest that and a total insult to there customers. Do not use this company they only care about money not service!!!

My car broke down on the very day I needed it. I had to get to east Midlands airport for a very important business meeting. I rung other taxi companies to see if they could help, but to no avail. As a last resort I thought of Steve's taxis. They got a car to me within 10 minutes and as a result, I made my flight. The cab was clean and the driver shared the same taste in music as I did, which made the journey go even quicker. Would definitely recommend.

My first taxi company of choice in Huntingdon. Competitive fares and punctual. Give them enough advance warning if you want a taxi during rush hour and they will usually deliver.

Awful service if someone books a taxi for half one I dont mind it being one or two minutes late but not 20 minutes. Especially so the driver can go get McDonald's yeah okay I understand people need to eat but when you organised a pick up. Not best pleased.

Not only did they turn up late, they tried to make excuses and blame traffic which didn’t exist. I missed my train and had to wait 35 mins for the next train which is also the slow service. Book someone else.
