To Taylor Sullivan Family Funeral Directors. I and our whole family would like to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, for the way you took care of us and steered us through this very sad and difficult time in all our lives. You came into our live when Linda was diagnosed with terminal cancer in late August 2021, she was a very strong woman and faced her illness with fortitude, she resolving to make the most of the time she had left. One of these things for her was to discuss with us what she wanted for her send off. She told me her thoughts, and she with our daughter Jacqueline, sat together and picked the music, she wanted and when each tune was to be played in the service. This lead to one of the most daunting things for me, visit to an undertakers, to arrange my wife’s funeral, I did this last September. I can say this now, it was the best thing I did at the time, and most importantly, I chose the right undertakers. At first I was dreading even entering the building because it was admitting this was real. However, I met Raymond, who was to guide and talk me through the arrangements that we wanted, nothing was rushed, and nothing was ever to much trouble, Thank You Raymond. Sadly, Linda passed away in May 2022, on notifying Taylor Sullivan they took over and put into operation the arrangements that had been agreed all those months ago. Raymond and his colleagues could not do enough for us, nothing was ever to much trouble, when questions were asked by us in our bereaved state of mind. I would also like to thank Cally, for the time she took to talk with me a few weeks ago when I was struggling, it really helped me thank you so much. I am still grieving; however, I know without doubt and within my heart, Linda my wife and sole mate for over 52 years, received the send off that she wished and planed. It would and could not have been done without Raymond and Taylor Sullivan, from the second you step through that door you are treated with the utmost dignity at all times, and I say again, nothing is ever to much trouble, they are truly a Family Funeral Firm, because for them the bereaved family and loved ones come first. Thank you all Hiram.
I am so thankful for Raymond from Taylor Sullivan to guide us through our Mums funeral. We did not have a clue what we we were supposed to do, but Raymond did. He guided us with such knowledge, care and compassion, it made, what was an awful experience, seamless and stress free for us. Raymond's warm , comforting and professional manner was like a big hug that you really needed. I cannot recommend Taylor Sullivan enough.

I used the services of Cally and Raymond when my partner sadly passed away. When I first arrived they made me feel at home and comfortable and discussed all the details and arrangements that needed to be done. They also treated my partner with respect and I can't ask for more, They where fantastic and they provided us with an amazing humanist who came to my home and discussed the eulogy. They gave my partner a fantastic send off and I can't thank them enough for what they provided and for a great price. Thank you again for everything.

I used Taylor Sullivan when my dad passed away and from the moment i spoke to them on the phone they made me feel at ease. There service was excellent and the care they gave my dad and the way they made myself and sister feel just made our experience of arranging our dads funeral so much easier. Cally and Raymond who dealt with us were such lovely caring people no matter what they were just a phone call away. My dads funeral went so smoothly i had no worries as they made sure they looked after us and everything was done by them. When i finally got my bill i couldn't believe how affordable the funeral was especially with the beautiful service i had and what was included. I will always use Taylor Sullivan in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were an absolute blessing

We used the services of Raymond and the staff on the heartbreaking loss of mum. I can not recommend them enough.I understand no one wants to use a service like this as it means we have lost but it is the fact one day we will need to and I would definetly use their services again if needed. All the staff were amazing From the first point of contact they were so comforting and caring to our needs and seen to every request mum had made. They made what was the hardest time of our life's that little bit more easier. The care they gave to us as a family will never be forgotten and the care they gave to mum down to the very personal touches for her were above and beyond
