Absolutely ok for a small train station. Toilets, elevator and a shop is there.

Alright station but it’s full of jobsworths on power trips, I saw a women get thrown on the floor by 4 “rail enforcement officers” jobsworths infront of her own child just because she had forgotten her railcard. Rail staff need to sort themselves out, it doesn’t come out of your wages!

Staff at this station are always excellent with assistance boarding the train with my mobility scooter. Only grumble at the moment is the North bound platform lift with an estimated 6 months out of commission. I don't mind the extra time it takes to change platforms at Hitchin but I don't think it should be taking so long to fix the lift.

At 7.15  last night, Feb 21, amid great confusion over sudden cancellations, two platform staff proved extremely helpful in resolving our problem of how to get home, even though the problem was being only being communicated to them as we talked. We have an app which had informed us. I can't commend them highly enough and I take this opportunity to thank them, sincerely, for all their help.

Amazing service from a wonderful lady at the ticket desk.  I was panicking about my route and confused about all my train changes and having to use the underground.  She was exceptionally kind, very calm and supportive. Gave me huge confidence and I managed my journey with ease and no stress, even braved the underground.  So Thanks a million to that kind human, only sorry I didn't get your name.  Sunday 19th of Nov.
