I recently purchased a car from Steven Eagell Toyota , Cambridge , and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. A special thank you to William, who assisted me throughout the process. Even though he was new to the job, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was his first customer, and he handled everything with great attention to detail.nnWilliam patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His cooperation and excellent customer service really made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.nnI highly recommend both the dealership and William to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I'm very happy with my purchase!
They haven't given me the name of her. But they disrespected my car. Scratched my rims Race the car Did not care about the Speed limit Two point even check in phone while driving Did not even wear a seat belt Even racing over speed bump Spoke to the manager He's no good He's out to take every penny And in fall Denia I would never go there Or even by a car Imagine what they would do to you car I think in Seven days It will be released to the news
Not the best feeling although no issues with the work; just the experience!n1 it took so long - a ‘short service’ would been done in under 3 hours but that was before an mot.n2 the signature sheet expected cash not credit but your Ts&Cs wanted a card - inconsistent! It also didn’t reflect if someone was bringing the car as an ‘agent’ rather than the owner.n3 we had to chase the electronic service history to be entered.n4 we had to go back to get the service book stamped pity it wasn’t done by garage at the timen5 when arrived there was no access to the sole disabled bay which was occupied by a vehicle left there overnightn6 disappointed with car cleaning - in 2022 the reason given for not cleaning the car was the machine was broken. In 2023 the reason for not cleaning was running out of time the car was there all day and this year it went back for washing a second time and even then a driver took it on himself to clean off the green grime! We left the cobwebs. Please either do it properly or don’t offer it

Was Really lovely experience was quite supportive dealing with all the processing. Rishan was the one who helped out with all the paperworks it was really helpful and quite comfortable and informative with his advice. Thank you so much Rishan for making one of our dream come true.
