Called Steve's Plumbing to repair water leak in our kitchen. Turns out cabinet installers drilled into a drain pipe 22 years ago when installing cabinet. Appears they then plugged holes with epoxy and RE-INSERTED THE SCREWS BACK INTO THE SAME DRAIN PIPE!! It took 22 years for the leak to appear. Todd at Steve's Plumbing did a very professional job replacing the pipe and preparing the site for wall board and paint. I would highly recommend Steve's for any plumbing needs!
I can’t begin to say enough good things about Steve Jones plumbing. In the 4-5 appointments it took to detect the problem, run new lines, wait for Duke energy who btw might be the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with, and come back out and finish the job; they were always on time, communicated greatly, were extremely professional and I would hire them again tomorrow. Todd and Dan were a pleasure to work with!
Steve and team have done several excellent jobs for me. One included a complete bathroom in a basement, including jack hammering sewer line, and another to help with a rental unit I own. Both times the response was quick, professional and pricing was inline with other estimates.
Had a pipe burst in my basement after the cold weather. Steve made sure I turned off the water and had someone out to my house first thing in the morning. Dan was awesome fixed the pipe and avoided any damage to the basement. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
I can’t say enough about Steve Jones Plumbing and the excellent service they provide. They came out to replace my shower pan and once they started working on it, they determined the issue was actually with the shower door. This saved me thousands. This example is why I will always check with Steve Jones Plumbing whenever I have a water related issue. If Steve Jones Plumbing cannot do the job, they will refer you to a first rate vendor who can. They referred me to Rippe Brothers who fixed my dishwasher, and I will be reviewing their 5 star visit next! Steve Jones Plumbing is the only plumbing company I trust.
I called Steve regarding a leaky water valve. Instead of scheduling a service visit, he walked me through the fix over the phone. I really appreciate Steve's honesty and willingness to help and not charge me for a service call when not needed.
They worked on my bathroom replacing tub, moving toilet and taking care of other things they found messed up in my bathroom. The team went above and beyond to help me out even returning to make sure my toilet was installed properly. Recommended!
Steve did all he could to make sure he did what I needed to have job done to be with in code. The area was a very tight area to work with. He did job himself so he could make sure he got job done correctly. Thanks Steve
