Bunch of con artists. Continuous and serious problems that go unaddressed in a building they are supposed to be responsible for. Unresponsive unless chasing for money they believe they are due for doing nothing. Avoid at all costs.
The company pays a lot of attention to detail, so nothing is missed. The legal background is very helpful to solve difficult problems. The diplomatic way is a great strength for the companies handling of issues. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Since taking over from an extremely poorly performing property management company, Sterling have done an excellent job of managing our block of apartments. Due to poor construction, a number of issues have arisen and these have all been addressed in a competent and professional manner. We are very happy with the quality and standard of day to day management and would highly recommend them.
We wanted to share a review on Sterling estates. We have been most impressed and happy with the service. We rented a property out with them and have to say whenever there has been a problem they have always responded as rapidly as possible. We must make a special mention to Viral Shah and Saleem for their impeccable customer service, always going the extra mile to resolve any queries or problems we may have had. Would recommend them 100%. You willnot be disappointed. I must also mention Customer service Rep Mai and Daniel for always willing to help. Thank you Sterling team for making our stay a hassle free enjoyable experience.
One of the worst property management you can find. Lack of transparency and inconsistency in words and actions. I would suggest to stay away from them. Reading the reviews mostly done by friends and relatives who I actually know for sure here!
We had a problem earlier this year with water leaking into our ceiling from the flat above us. I would very much like to thank Stephanie again for her help to resolve the issue, which involved liaising with the owners of the respective flat. She followed up with the entire process in making sure the source of the leak was addressed and facilitating the subsequent repair work to our ceiling. She was always available to discuss the progress and took timely actions when necessary.
Since taking over @ Gateway house, there has been significant improvements with many major issues quickly resolved. Furthermore, the parking situation has improved with Daniel Da Silva being incredibly helpful in resolving the invalid fines and the issue on illegally parked vehicles.
I'm writing this review to say a big thank you to Sterling Estates who managed the block I lived in for over thirteen years! For all that time the property was always very well maintained, clean, tidy and most importantly for us - safe. The service charge was great value for money considering we had access to a gym, communal gardens, several lifts, and a fantastic concierge. We sold up and moved on in late 2020, but I wanted to come back and say thank you to all the staff that ensured the smooth running of the block. But most of all I want to say thanks to Ola! We miss you!
As a developer of a high end block in North West London of a new build block of 55 flats, built over 4 years ago Sterling Estates are our third agents. The previous agents were certainly not to our standard or indeed the standard of our leaseholders. Thankfully, to date, Sterling have stepped up, they have sorted out two previous year end accounts for periods prior to their management and we are slowly getting the property back to where it should be.
