Excellent quality service from the head pharmacist and all the girls are so great they really do go out of their way to make sure you get served quick and reely are a great team I'd give them 10 stars i have visited the murehead shop and was very disappointed so stepps is definitely the most professional
Very polite and nice. But also very unreliable and poorly managed.nnJust an update. This place is getting worse The staff are incompetent. I have zero faith in anything they tell me.
Pharmacy is managed poorly. They tell you they gonna place medicine in robot for collection on Friday and then leave you in limbo for the full weekend as you wait for the text message to come but there is no text message. This has happened with me third time. The trainee staff took me details on phone and confirmed me he’s gonna put medication in robot as I waited the whole time and no code came to pick med from Robot. What’s the point of robot? Again I’ll wait for Monday to give them call. The manager at Stepps needs to train staff more as such delay in medication causes inconvenience.
Staff are so friendly and willing to go above & beyond for you! Witnessed them delivering first aid to an elderly patient who'd fallen, helping patients out with extremely bulky prescriptions to their car!nThey even have to tolerate abuse from patients thanks to GP misinformation, and just plain old entitlement!nnKeep up the good work girls, you're incredible.
The girls are extremly helpful and always go above and beyond for patients even during the busiest times without fuss.nnFront desk girls always have a smile on their face and a friendly attitude even when dealing with challenging situations.nnThere is no better pharmacy in Stepps and would recommend to everyone
