Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly, reliable and extremely professional. I would recommend them for all your safe travel needs. The drivers are particularly suited for the sometimes unpredictable country roads. Their driving has proved exemplary on a number of potentially hairy occasions that they have managed very smoothly. Very impressive travel company.

Oh dear. I got a return ticket from Sheriff Hutton to York today. The journey in was fine- very friendly driver, comfortable bus, arrived on time. No problem. However, on my return I arrived ten minutes early for the last bus just in time to see it leave. This left me with the number 5 to Strensall and an hours walk in the dark; not an experience I wish to repeat in a hurry. My son had similar experiences. It's a shame really, I'd like to preserve rural bus services and it gives me no pleasure to write an unfavourable review, but I won't use a transport service I can't rely on to get the basics right.

On a positive note the drivers will stop anywhere. However the service is often unpredictable. Timetables are handed out as if they were gold bars!!!

I have just driven up the A19 northwards from York and passed a lady with a baby in a push chair waiting at the bus stop just south of the A1237 ring road opposite to where Manor Lane joins the A19. When I eventually got onto the roundabout on the A1237 at about 15:00 I saw a white Stephenson's bus emerging from the Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride also onto the roundabout. The driver had obviously deviated from the insured route to bypass the traffic queuing on the A19 and driven through the Park and Ride site. If this lady and her baby had wanted to catch this bus they wold not have been able to do so because of the bus driver's actions. I am sure that this is illegal as well as very inconvenient for passengers who expect the bus to drive on the accepted route.

Marcus did a great job of taking us to and from Wales for our Geography Field Trip in Snowdonia! Very nice comfortable and well maintained coaches 10/10
