Our Physiotherapists bring a wealth of experience from NHS, Private and Sporting backgrounds, and pride themselves on an individual approach to the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of every patient.
You can be safe in the knowledge that you will be treated by fully Chartered Physiotherapists that are registered with the Health Professions Council and who offer conventional treatment methods, acupuncture and expertise in rehabilitation.

Disgusting attitude of the woman on the phone, they don’t care about you at all, just all about the money, my sister had an appointment there but got lost as she’s not from Merthyr and when she called the woman to ask for direction she had appalling attitude towards her saying “ I told you the directions before, you need to hurry as it’s costing us money” “ get a move on, we are cutting your time short now” and when my sister pointed out the disgusting attitude she was given and she said “ me giving you attitude?!? Your the one that’s late” my sister was crying after the phone call and ended up not going to the appointment as she was to upset, really hope this place shuts down
I've recently had an appointment for QL pain. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. Total waste of time, I've cancelled following up appointment. There was no treatment, half the appointment was assessing you, and they wrote a few stretches on a post it note to do at home most of which i already knew myself. There was no mobilisation, no acupuncture, shock wave treatment, nothing. Very lazy and money oriented company. Not sure about step forward, more step back and go to a decent physio.
Fantastic physio. Very understanding and will do what they can to help get you back in shape. I've had 6 sessions here with Claire and I would recommend this practice to anyone who requires Physio.
