Stefan's Jewellers was established in 1987 and has been a family business ever since, specialising in fine quality and 'on trend' jewellery.

Amazing service would definitely recommend. Took my white gold wedding and engagement ring in to be recoated and polished and they did an incredible job. Really efficient, friendly and lovely service. They look like new rings.

We visited Stefan after going on several occasions to a ‘high street retailer’ for a Wedding Band. The high street retailer didn’t have one in and wouldn’t be able to get an example so they wanted payment upfront for a ring we hadn’t seen. So we visited Stefan.  Stefan was immediately able to show us a mock up of the ring we organically wanted and offered advise on the wedding band with my engagement ring.  Thanks to his patience and expertise we’ve purchased both our wedding bands from them and found one that beautifully compliments my engagement ring and the prefect one for my fiancé too!  Can’t recommend their service enough!!!  It really showed how knowledgeable and passionate he is with his customers.  Thank you again!

Stefans Jewellers truly went above and beyond!  Despite ordering a new ring due to a lost one, they graciously accommodated my last-minute cancellation when I found it just two days later! ‍  Their customer service was seamless, understanding, and hassle-free.  I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and understanding attitude.  Just another reason to always try & shop local.

Avoid at all Costs, bought a platinum ring with a service resize plan, to be told a few years later that they wouldn't honour as the company who made the ring was going under.  I have spoken to the manufacturer of the ring who have confirmed they no longer work with this jewelers which I thought was the case.  Untrustworthy if I could give 0 stars I would  Just an update my ring has been resize by the manufacturer and also polished free of change under the warranty plan I had when I first bought the ring. It took just under two weeks for them to do what this chap couldn't or wouldn't. No wonder his lost his dealing with them please avoid at all costs  Goes to show this guy can not be trusted.  Also to add we took in a diamond ring to be cleaned and polished by him and he ended up losing a stone and then had the cheek to charge up for his mistakes unfortunately we had no option to pay. As we couldn't prove he didn't lose it and he said he would just sell it to make his costs back.  I hope karma comes for you one day  Please please please avoid this scammer.

Came in at short.. Very short... notice to alter a wedding ring that i bought from the Ukraine.  Couldn't get it altered there in time.  Stefan and his good lady were amazing!  Did my engagement ring for me to fit another finger, adding a new stone as I'd lost one 7 years ago, and did an amazing job on my gaelic engraved wedding ring.  Will definitely use them again!!  Thank you!!!

I asked Stefan if he could fix my earing that had broken. He very kindly fixed it within a couple of days. I will definitely be back and I strongly recommend him for any jewellery need. He is a lovely courteous man, good luck in the marathon next April!

I recall Stefan's passion for jewelry since our St Joseph's Youth Club days in the 80s. He still has the same infectious enthusiasm for the business now. He recently helped us with some valuations and also sorted out an heirloom watch of mine by getting the backplate to fit again for the first time in years. Expert and fun. Highly recommended.

My elderly Mum 86 asked Stefan to repair an inexpensive piece of jewellery. Basically soldering a small piece of gold/loop together on a tiny diamond. He quoted £50 - I guess his new hourly rate is £50 per 10 minutes.  Understandingly he has to keep Sandra in the manner she’s become accustomed, which is wearing garish and ostentatious jewellery. Anybody with really class treats long term, elderly clients with respect and not try to rip them off … I told her not to go to Stefan and Sandra - a couple very fond of themselves and  crashing bores who think they’ve arrived  -  in Sale of all places!

Excellent service! Visited to have a couple of links removed from my watch. The gentleman was very friendly and also showed me how to manually wind the watch properly as it's my first automatic.  Highly recommend!
