Paid upfront for a tyre to be fitted on a off-site vehicle. Tyre+fitting+call-out; fair enough. Unfortunately the fitters failed to remove the wheel from the vehicle. After several taxi journeys to and from the garage, and the entire day had passed I was left with some air in the tyre which was provided to give me enough time to get to another garage. Hmmmm. I was refunded 25% of the money I paid, a week later. Following several arguments and 4 more return visits to the garage. 
Not exactly service with a smile and going the extra mile. 🌩️🛑🚕🚲🚕🛴🚕🚧🛣️⚓😩
