Pre-booked a taxi to a wedding. Turned up 20 minutes late. So I had to hitch a ride otherwise would have missed my friends wedding. Very stressful. So if you need to be somewhere for a specific time. I would NOT recommend this company!!!
Collected on time with message to confirm booking and message updates at each stage booking, confirmation of order, arrival etc. 1st class. Very polite driver too and a smooth first class journey. Highly recommended.
Went on website, started a chat and booked 2 taxis, one same day at 11:30pm and one next morning, no hassle, easy, and requested for card machine which was accommodated. Can't see how they could have done better.

I've used Station Skipton Taxis on a number of occasions as the customer service is amazing, never had an issue, always on time and vehicles are always clean and tidy and the drivers are friendly, go above and beyond to help you, Can't ask for more than that. I have and will recommend Station to anyone needing a reliable taxi service.
Brilliant from start to finish , turned up for the airport 10 minutes before time , very sociable driver , Saghir I believe his name was , spoke to us all the way to Manchester he also knew different little divisions to keep moving. Coming back was Imran , what a lovely chap he was waiting for us it was about 3 in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble for him . He even asked if we need to call off for bread and milk before we got home . Definitely use them again and I am spreading the word with my friends , in fact one as just booked . Keep up the good work
Really good and prompt communication with regard to my request re booking a taxi y next week as I don’t live in the area and given a cost for the taxi
Excellent service, our driver was very friendly. A couple of days later the driver very kindly dropped off my Driving License as it fell out my pocket I hadn't contacted them regarding my missing license. Overall 10/10 service!
Polite, friendly & professional controllers, helped me to amend my booking time. The driver Asim arrived to me a few minutes early which was helpful to allow extra time to load my bags into the boot. He was very friendly, helped with my bags and we had a lovely chat. Will definitely use again!I
The MOST helpful staff I've had within a taxi firm I was worried about my daughter travelling many miles from home to attend a gig at Manchester Park Life & they told me exactly how many miles from the Grassington it was, the price & where she should wait for their cab to collect her at the end of the evening- and told me this in the most charming & friendly manner via several calls I've to them. So helpful! Thank you very much
