Best practice I've been to in 40 yrs. Receptionists helpful and professional. Hygienists courteous and considerate about being nervous. Really can't fault anyone here and hope they never move. Always made to feel welcome and nothing is too much. Got a proper understanding from Hygienists why mouth health is so important and it's effect on general health and the immune system. No other practice has ever done that. Thanks all.
What do we want from a dentist / hygienist? A professional caring approach where our dental requirements are met or exceeded. As a family of 4 adults we’ve been attending this dental practice since we moved to Norfolk almost 6 years ago. We are looked after by a wonderful team of friendly and professional staff who range from the reception staff to the dental hygienists and dentists. I’m a particularly nervous patient with poor previous dental experience but gone are the days of me being nervous attending a dental appointment, they’ve been so amazing at calming my nerves that it’s just ‘another appointment’ when I go there these days, a calm and welcoming environment, thank you to all the very dedicated and hardworking staff :
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to station house dental practice and Taylor de lucchi for the amazing work he’s done on my daughters teeth today, after chipping them in the gym earlier they got her in for an emergency appointment. Taylor was so good with her asking is everything ok no pain and taking her through every procedure to make sure she felt comfortable and aware of everything he was doing. can’t thank you enough you given my daughter her smile back. I have been going to this Dental Practice for many years. The staff always made me feel comfortable. The work over the years that they have done on my teeth is brilliant. I live an hours drive away but would never change even if I had to drive further.
I've been attending this surgery since the 1990s and am always happy with my treatment. Colin De Lucchi is the best dentist I've ever had and the dental nurses are polite and friendly.
I am extremely happy with Station House, all of the reception team are very pleasant. I have seen dentists Brais and Taylor, both put me at ease and I am so happy with the work they have done. I would not hesitate in recommending the surgery, you really won’t be disappointed in the care you receive.
