Kid free we decided to pop into central bar, we saw this on the way out and popped in for one. Pretty quaint little place I liked it, had a dungeon room and unique feel to the place, would go back for sure. Nice welcome, good drinks on tap.
Really pleased to see new life breathed into a great old pub. Great renovation work has made this a bigger pub with lots of history and character. Smashing beer as well!

Lovely looking bar with a great selection of drinks. Couldnt fault the staff but, the over powering smell of foist, damp and mould was a little too much. My partner has asthma so unfortunately we had to leave as it was beginning to bother him
Very friendly, great beer on pump, good and speedy service, great piped music and atmosphere. What more could one need?
