The whole place reeks. Hair oil. Food. A vile stench that is gag inducing. Reassuringly lackadaisical when it comes to helping a customer. The air conditioning has been turned all the way up to sauna levels.  Basically like an SBI back home

SBI - Toronto branch is the best branch I have transacted in. On different occasions, I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Satya Prakash, Ms. Ronima and Ms. Vandana. All of them are kind and always willing to help. My interactions with Ronima have exceeded all expectations. She is patient and took me through the entire process step by step. Also gave very good suggestions- I am grateful because I am a complete newbie and still received responses to very basic questions. For someone who is still learning the ropes of Canadian banking, I couldn’t have had a better team. I also like the personalised touch- the team always addresses me when communicating and you’re not just another account number for them. I recommend this branch.

We firstly, would like to appreciate and thank Miss Ranjeeta for the great customer service she gave us in fulfilling our task in a seamless and prompt manner.  She had a great, friendly and courteous personality which made my father feel at comfort and gave him and I a peace of mind that our task would be completed without any issues.  We thank her again for the service  she provided us and helping us in getting what we needed in a timely and efficient manner.

Very bad experience with SBI Canada , i am trying to reach sbi canada from 2 daya consecutively, you guys are not even responding ,every call is going into voicemail , as an international student j do have lot of work to do I don’t have time to waste my time on such garbage banks , from 2 days i am not able to interac , on such a niche problem you guys should respond to the customer , I won’t be suggesting to use sbi to any of my friends , such a bad experience, you guys are diminishing the value of india, shame on you. I am contacting employee name :Chitra gunathilagaraj. Every call is going to voicemail, are you guys shameless??

They are not organized, and they need to learn more or take responsibility to find out more about their institution to guide the customers better. Also, hours of operation for both their ATM and the office, as mentioned in their website and here, were not accurate.
