It was a good experience, atmosphere, reception staff, sales executives and managers were all very friendly and professional however I cannot give 5 stars. This is due to the fact that everything is electronically done and an over reliance on screens. I have very little physical paperwork and it feels too quick and too easy if there was ever a thing. With the sales process I would like at least the option to have a paper copy of everything because it just does not feel right that I have just bought a new car with literally only my deposit receipt in-front of me at the end of the process. I understand for sustainability to reduce paper but putting down this much money shouldn’t be this easy.
I recently purchased my first ever Kia , from the moment of arrival on the initial visit to Kia Redditch the customer service was excellent freedom to look around, assistance offered if required, & a nice free coffee to boot. Sales executive Steve Fletcher over saw all the negotiations from viewing & demonstrating the car, test driving , financial & warranty details & the part exchange of my non Kia vehicle. On collection day the swap over was straight forward & trouble free , overall the customer service by Steve Fletcher & the rest of the Kia team at the Redditch branch was excellent, very impressed with both service & the new vehicle....I would strongly recommend, based on my experience......
A very positive experience. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we went to collect it. The paperwork was easy to complete and the handover was seamless. We weren’t rushed and could take our time to ensure everything was just right. Ricky was brilliant and showed us the main features of the car and ensured we knew how to set the seats and connect our phones before we drove off. A huge thank you to Kia and Ricky for being so helpful and attentive.
As I have previously bought 2 cars of this dealership I knew that we would get excellent customer service from the team at Kia Redditch when looking to part exchange our vehicle . So I was not surprised that when we met Adam Bennett he was as good as expected and really was helpful and supportive in our decision to purchase again. Undoubtedly an excellent team with the service team also assisting with the very satisfactory preparation of the carnThoroughly recommended thank you Adam and the rest of the Kia Redditch team
I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Andrew Stevens was so helpful and made sure we got the car which was right for us as a family. He genuinely cared and this was evident throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we really appreciated all the help he gave us. In this day outstanding customer service is hard to find so we just want to say a big thanks to Andrew Stevens at Redditch! BTW... we love our new car as well!
