We bought some blinds from Starlite 14 years ago. Today a fixing on one of the blinds failed. I went back to them & they took much time to find a new fixing. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. The blinds we bought are still in excellent condition. So you have a company who make blinds which are long lasting & provide excellent after care. What more can a customer ask for. AND they are a local firm.
We have had 3 vertical blinds fitted two fitting windows over 10 feet wide. We are thrilled to bits with them. Kev the salesman was a lovely polite and knowledgeable man, and then the fitters who came out to fit them were polite, courteous and friendly. They were very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company, and will definitely use them again in the future. Many thanks
Just got Joe here putting up my blinds… outstanding service, polite, nothing too much to ask… will most defiantly will be using ‘starlight blinds’ for any other blinds needed. Also Kevin who came out to to show me samples was great!
To start with the process of buying from Starlight was very enjoyable, a very friendly salesmen came out and measured up and the order was placed, we were told we'd be all fitted within 3 weeks. Over 6 weeks later everything is finally done, the fitter was pleasant, the salesman the same, however whoever deals with the phone calls needs removing from the business. No apologies for incorrect blinds being sent, no offer of any discount for the process taking twice as long and even calling me a liar! The fitter told me after coming home early from work for the first fit, that if asked late night appointments can be sorted, great I though, however when asking about them for the next fit, I'm told no they don't do them. Fast forward to today and I'm called a liar for not asking about late night fittings.
Terrific team at Starlight. Very customer service oriented. Hector worked hard to find a blind solution for us that was within our budget. Has multiple manufacture options of high quality that made that possible. Hector had great suggestions and advice in us making final choice. Install took a full day but team stayed late to finish. Starlight are keepers for your contact list. Wowed highly recommend them for your home's blind or shutter solution.
Good prompt service, however the shutters I had fitted didn't create the impact I had envisaged I believe Venetian blinds would have given similar effect at a much lower cost more product knowledge on design features from the sales person would have benefited.
