I received the most horrible, appalling service on the first day of the year 01.01.2023 just before 5 pm. Where is the management of this place? I seem to be not the first customer to complain about the rudeness of the staff. The two girls attached photo were extremely disrespectful. One of them was lying to me saying she was not taking orders anymore, but 20 minutes later I saw her taking orders from a couple. That was unbelievable! I am also complaining about it to Starbucks. Please manage this place and choose your staff well if you want to continue in business and have a good reputation. We won't be returning, and I am sure people will think twice before choosing this place. Horrendous!
Me and my husband are regular Starbucks customers, however I’ve never tasted the worst coffee ever! Zero taste, milk was way too hot and the service was not polite! Very disappointed.
Popped in on my way home after a long flight back from Perth to London. Despite it being around 6am on a Sunday, the staff were very kind and they delivered a good service.
Very friendly service tonight from the drive-through staff, I’m not sure of the guys name he didn’t have a name badge, but he had long hair and a beard, coffee and pastry, tasty and fresh. A shame so expensive but that is Starbucks.
It was reasonably easy to get a coffee and a bite to eat. Staff helpful and obliging. There was no atmosphere as the area was relatively empty and quiet.Food: 4/5
Served by the man with the ponytail and glasses who clearly loves his job, excellent customer service. Very polite and friendly and made my day. Parking: Multiple car parking spaces with two disability bays. Plus drive through. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp and disabled parking bays plus drive through.
Bad service. Ordered 2 coffees and banana bread. The guys gave the coffee and went on with the next order. Clearly inexperienced. Also using same jug for all milk. Need to improve, Being a busy place. They could boost the business if right people are employed to work.
Who doesn’t enjoy a Starbucks? This particular coffee shop is always very clean serves deliciously hot coffee. If you’re feeling a little naughty, you should always try their frappuccino’s. Delicious.
19/10/22 - 5pm. Easily the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Two youngsters on service, of which absolutely none of it was their fault. Clearly had very little training and no support from the sour-faced old misery in charge. Speaking of which, she messed up my order, the order beforehand and two orders afterwards, failed to apologise, didn’t say hello or goodbye and didn’t smile once. Shambles - and that’s being very kind.
Appauling, staff behind the services were swearing and joking with each other. Had to ask them to toast a sandwich, were disinterested and generally bad service. My partner had to wait 15 minutes for a cup of tea to which he saw the staff member wash her hands, not dry them and allowed the water to drip from her hands in to his tea. Below is the photos of one of the sandwiches. Makes Starbucks look very bad unlikely to use the service again.
