Member of staff serving me couldn’t act anymore miserably. Nonetheless processed my order. However the lady actually making the drinks got the order wrong, even though it quite clearly stated something different from what was made. Now for 4+ pounds for majority of items i should expect better customer service and my actual order given to me… especially in such a top establishment.
Food and drink was good. Quick service and staff were really nice. The only downside is still getting drink in disposable cup and no plate for food, I think we are past doing this due to COVID! It was nowhere near closing time so that wasn't the reason.Food: 5/5
Visited two days in a row and the service was really poor on both occasions and the staff attitude not much better. They roll their eyes when you ask for a proper cup for your sit in espresso. They get more annoyed when you ask for a saucer and then become rude when you ask for a spoon. The cookie I had with my coffee was handed to me in a paper bag and asking for a small plate for it was a problem too. Poor service, poor attitude from staff. Maybe washing dishes is too much hassle for them.
Can't fault the service but the side door is an accident waiting to happen. When it's pushed open from inside the resteraunt it then swings back very quickly back into the resteraunt swings both in and out. It's a big heavy steel door and it missed my 5 month old son's head by inches when we were standing to the side of the door, after a woman exited the resteraunt. It could easily have caused a serious injury as you don't expect the door to swing back into the resteraunt with such force. The service from the staff was excellent though. Only giving 1 star to highlight the danger.
3 hot chocolates at nearly £4 each and none of us were really impressed. Staff are lovely and the place wasn't too busy, so was nice and quiet.Food: 2/5
Didn't have my first two choices, fair enough if seasonal products. Went for my 3rd choice, which was completely wrong. Asked for oat milk as allergic to milk, but got dairy. If I hadn't gone in the drive through and been on my way to work before taking first sip and realising it was completely wrong I would have been in for a refund. Fiver wasted, won't be back
It's a Starbucks Drive through. Im not a fan anyway, for various reasons, but it is a starbucks and was convenient Walked in, standing for a good 2- 4 minutes, only 1 person in front of us, left there after they had served her. No one even nodded to us. Got the coffees , with a couple of snacks to accompany them. It was a Starbucks Coffee with a snack. Prices were reasonable and the staff eventually, were quite pleasant. If it didn't flag up on the phone, I would have forgotten about it to be honest, but as it it's been requested, here it is.
Visited Starbucks today, the place looked really busy and couldn’t get a seat as I counted 16 people at various tables with laptops and phones on the go and no drinks or food on any of the tables.this place is more like an office than a coffee shop and surely can’t survive on this route , this matter needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. Parking: N/a
Fancied a New Year’s Eve coffee but they couldn’t be bothered to update their opening hours so my drive over has been wasted. Same for the rest of the steady stream of cars coming and going away disappointed.
Not as good as Costa or Café Nero. Apparently unable to warm a croissant! Utterly ridiculous! Nice atmosphere and good seating.Food: 2/5
