Coffee is usually great, Alex and Clare are really helpful and nice to talk with but other members of staff can be just plain rude. Tall gentleman with curly hair usually makes me wait for my order while he stands and chats with colleagues and I'm always disappointed with what I get from him anyway. All in all usually a great place to visit depending on who either serves you or makes your coffee.

Great space has great potential but the staff and cleanliness seriously let it down. Always filthy, most of the staff (not all) are lazy and unprofessional standing around chatting or on their phones! Very disappointing

Saturday 9 Dec. Found staff to be disinterested. Ask for americano which tasted like black tea and flat white had no coffee taste. Staff were informed and explained that the espresso was out of stock and a 'Christmas espresso' was used instead. Coffees were replaced and tasted slightly better. Don't like paper cups though no option. Also no soap in soap dispenser in toilets.

Starbucks is everywhere! This branch is in ARDS Shopping centre and is accessible from both within and without. It is an ample sized establishment situated next to TK Maxx on the inside and Band M bargains on the exterior. The provide coffee and snacks with a smile.

The price they charge is way to high for a drop of hot water and a pin head of coffee put into a 5p paper cup. Not for me. Day light robbery they are yet people think o laddy da i have coffee in s-bucks its yankified rip off prices.
