The shop was absolutely filthy, floors, tables and toilets! Plate was dirty with order??? Why

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Toilets dirty, floors wet and dirty, no toilet paper, hand dryer not working, only disabled toilet was open! Condiments area covered in sugar and grime! The whole place is pretty unattractive. Staff was friendly but obviously had no love for their workplace!

Usuall standard coffee. Not the cheapest and not the best. And do I care they write your name on a cup? Nope.
