This is know the second time I have ordered this drink in the last week our so and both times the cup has been quiet empty and today I ordered a large and I received a medium. I think they to busy having a chat to get my one and only drink I ordered right. Very disappointed.
Three girls serving not a smile amongst them . Left my toastie at the end of the counter for 5 min , staff member said I shouted , I was sat 2 yards away with my back to the serving counter . Ordered a second drink served in a take away cup the excuse was they had no cups clean . The reason for this was they were still on the tables 20 min after people had left. Whoever the owner of this franchise is they need to deal with staff.
This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Very clean and very lovely. Drink quality is outstanding. Customer service 1,000,000,000/10! This branch knows how to run. They all deserve very good bonuses this Christmas.
Came for my favourite fruit toast and a coffee. Staff were friendly and nice . Place is new and clean with toilet facilities. Small parking area its also a drive through
Minor moan but you have to pull the exit door inwards to get out of the shop. Kinda tricky when you have 2 hot drinks in your hand. Lovely clean bathrooms though
