Love Starbucks coffees but if you want specials they run out of some quick and never get them back. We went the day after the latest ones came out and had run outnOf the fudge brownie hot chocolate already went twice a week since and never have it in stock, same happened with one the autumn specials.nWill not stop me using here but disappointing.
Beth and kaela and Teagan was lovely they had 10/10 service with a smile on her face. They made my day. The place was so clean and tidy. thanks babes much appreciated put a smile on my face
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Ordered a white mocha and it tastes nothing like it should, ordered a pumpkin spice frap and half of it was left in the mixer and no cinnamon. Service was appalling, frap arrived moderately quickly and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the poorly made white mocha to arrive. Seems to be across the board as other customers waiting for ages also. Oh and parking is awful.
Appalling service today, ordered a flat white and a cold drink for my wife and considering there were four members of staff the service was very very very slow. When my order did arrive my flat white was in a takeaway cup so asked for it to be laced in a proper cup, when I tasted it was lukewarm so I went back to the pickup counter to complain only to be stood there for at least 5 mins so I placed the cup down and walked out. Me Louise and Ralph dog have been coming here since it opened but I am going to find somewhere else
No coffee for over two weeks !? Only offering filtered coffee, and it taste absolutely disgusting, me and a friend took two sips of our drinks and threw them away, they shouldn’t even be open, do you think by the way the staff talked about filtered coffee that I would only be slightly worse but it was absolutely disgusting it’s like the coffee was burnt. 10 times over get the taste out of our mouth for 25 minutes.
