Lovely spacious open shop..had chilled music playing..Shop bright and clean..well stocked. Shop not not busy. Coffees and food not as good as normal. 3 or 4 staff on not in any rush to serve or offer any friendly service. Chatting amongst themselves. Been here 3 times now and it's not the best starbucks despite the impressive Shop.. won't be returning

Just a quick mention for the excellent customer service from a young man who said he started there 3 days ago.nnHe was super friendly and had excellent customer service skills. Didn’t catch his name but had dark rimmed glasses and dark hair.nnTill receipt said Lauren but I think he was still training.nnYou got a good one there, look after him

I've had bad experience at different Starbucks but the staff that work here have always been kind and friendly, I usually only go through the drive through and they are always kind and helpful and deliver drinks correctly. Always pleasant experience with the man who works here, think he has tattoos I can't remember but he's really friendly and nice. Good job team

I was served by Seren who did not speak at all, only stood by the till and looked at me miserably waiting for me to speak. Didn’t say hello or ask for my order. She didn’t smile the entire time and quite frankly I’d go as far to say that she came across as rude. I was very close to walking away without my order, which I wish I had done as my drink was made very poorly. I then didn’t feel comfortable to ask for it to be remade because of how seren acted. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Staff are rude, childish and all round poor customer service. It was more like a youth club than a coffee shop with the staff too interested in their personal conversations than serving customers. I will stick to Costa where the staff are far more attentive.
