Out of about 20 drive through orders, there's been one correct coffee. Vente White Mocha with cream at warm temperature..... whether it's coffee missing, regular mocha, roasting hot that I've burned my lip, added caramel drizzle.... never mind the fact the staff are too busy mucking about with each other and taking the piss out of customers to actually read the labels of the orders. It's an absolute joke!
This is the 3rd time this has happened now.nSame guy who serves at the drive through window. Continues to get orders wrong when you correct him he looks at you like you are stupid.nHe is very rude, laughs when he gets things wrong with no apology , i can hardly make out what he is saying majority of the time which makes it difficult. I’ve heard various complaints about the same person.nService when sitting in and dealing with other members of staff is good. Will be avoiding drive through due to this member of staff.
Went through drive through, ordered a hot chocolate, the guy asked us if we wanted the chocolate sauce on the top, we said no, got to the window and it was on there, said we asked for none, got nothing but absolute attitude from the staff saying it comes custom, why ask if we wanted it then?? Also we said no to wanting it?? To then have them saying things like “it’s just a hot chocolate Jesus Christ” muttering and having absolute attitude! Just for the remade hot chocolate to taste like garbage. The attitude of the staff was very off putting and we definitely won’t be going back there. We were nice and respectful as I understand working with customers you do get rude ones, but we were far from it .Avoid this place unless you want disrespect from the staff.
bought cool like, the taste was horrible.l dont know if they use dried lime or what but l did not like the taste
Just got a white hot chocolate for them to say there was no cows milk contained within it when choosing a plant based milk. It's wrong from online and my guts are playing up, ugggh. Careful when ordering!!!!
