We used the drive through so the 'atmosphere' is not really applicable. We were greeted warmly and our orders were taken. Coffee is rather a 'patient man's drink' so there can be a little wait at the window to receive your coffee and when a mistake was made the staff were friendly and rectified the problem without a quibble.
Didn't rate food as never eaten here only had a drink. My god their large hot chocolate was delicious. The cup was huge! Lol nice atmosphere, nice and quiet. Wasn't too busy when I went which was about half past 10 in morning
I consider myself a regular at this outlet. I usually never have any problems- I usually visit on my way home because of my busy day this is often my late liquid lunch.nThis evening I ordered my usual order and it wasn't until I got home that I realised that my drink had been made with full fat milk and had dairy cream on top although I had requested my drink to be made with coconut milk and had not requested milk. I also asked if it could be thicker than usual which usually involves the addition of more ice but this has to be one of the runniest, thinnest drinks I have had in a long time.nWill be leaving it a while before visiting again- which is a shame because the regular staff are extremely accommodating and friendly.
Save your time and have a coffee at home!nnLocation is okay, but a pain to get into if McDonald's is busy. The coffee is VERY hit and miss. Sometimes it's good, other times it tastes off. Like stale beans left in the machine too long possibly?nThe customer service is none existent. The last time I went all the time I was being stared at by staff making me uncomfortable. Upon getting to the window after what felt like ages for 2 drinks I was met by this icy cold attitude. No smile or how are you, just thrust the card machine out the window and then disappeared. Also got the drinks wrong even after taking 15 mins to make them. Won't bother to go back as I feel nothing will change
Well its 11am.. not too busy yet I had to clear my own table.. I obviously didn't have a cloth to wipe the table down at the time.. and not sure if someone tried my coconut latte before me but for £4 you would at least expect a clean mug..
