Not bad for drive thru. Fairly quick. Did make my order wrong and tried to say I’d not asked for it even though it was on the label! but was sorted with an apology.

This place has a chance to be very nice, because the service is nice and helpful, the room is tastefully decorated, but unfortunately it is usually dirty and the tables are untidy. Being around 11 am, not a lot of people, no queue, 8 tables empty, all dirty, 6 of which are piled up with dirty dishes. Nobody cleaned it for an hour, and there were only a few customers.

Just visited on my way to work, stood for 10 minutes completely ignored, young girl smiled then asks away, still standing thete, , few people came in and she served them immediately, , I said think I'm next to which she looked shocked, in the end I walked out said I haven't got time just standing there. Shocking service , think I will carry on going to cost, much better service.

There was one blonde girl employee doing all the work, making multiple drinks while 3 of the staff were standing there chatting among each other, it's unacceptable.nnThis happened on 01/10/2023 at 17:15, the blonde girl working their deserves a raise, the others don't, they leave her to do everything.nnI hope this gets resolved, they should be working as a team.

There is a female member of staff here blonde hair and glasses and her service is EXCEPTIONAL! She’s so friendly on the drive through speaker and window and always gives spot on service.
