Service was absolutely shocking, I mean awful. Nearly took our hands off after handing back the wrong drinks & the attitude of the girl was atrocious, only after to ask for sugar ect and be met with the same vile attitude! Drink order was wrong by fault of her, not usnUsually you’d be understanding if there busy but there was no one in and it was dead.nCan’t get over how bad her attitude was as someone who works in customer service she should be fired as this is the 3rd time she’s had attitude and produced the wrong drinks ‍ won’t be back!
Went in store to order a coffee. Server was chatting to a member of staff and ignored me. He then followed member of staff passed the counter and Customer And Further ignored me. I had to get my car and take it through the drive through in order to get served. No Apology was offered.nNot impressed at all at male staff member. Leven, Fifen3.20pm. Store not busy. Female member of staff came on shift immediately so they had all shift to chat.
A very messy un clean sitting area to the point could not sit in as no clean tables. Staff were very unfriendly no manners and abrupt. Not even a please or thank you was met by staff standing outside vaping. When I got to the counter mey by 'what do you want?'. Shocking from a Starbucks. Once we received our drinks then staff all left the floor and were opening the fire exit to vape! Will not be back.
Great to have a Starbucks in Leven, especially as it has also has a drive through for customers just driving along the Fife Coastal route. It has also installed cycle racks for cyclists passing by.nPlenty of free parking if you want to sit and relax inside.nThis branch has only just opened so it was lovely and clean and tidy.nThe service both inside and the drive through was quite slow compared to London branches but hopefully that will improve when they have been opened longer and the staff are more experienced.nThe staff were friendly and helpful.nI would normally have their fruit bread with my Earl Grey tea but as they didn't have any i had their banana loaf which was very dry and didn't really taste like banana loaf but more like walnut cake but still too dry.nSecond visit much better, they are now using china mugs instead of paper cups because of covid restrictions, no china was allowed and they now have their lovely fruit toast.
I like a black Americano as I enjoy the taste of the coffee. Unfortunately it comes watered down. I always ask that the cup is not filled right up but every time it ends up weak. Not blaming the staff as they are too busy making the designer drinks.
