Ordered a iced green tea latte. Not a green tea frappe. The ice reached the top of the cup. The photo showed after I finished the drink. It takes me only a minute. I wondered the standard has changed or I don’t fit in this world. Customer service team had a quick response on this issue. Great job.
Overall not great service and couldn't get my name correct even though I spelt it to the girl twice. Drinks and food was ok and normal starbucks, the cups and displays could use some tidying up. Store was dirty and tables hadn't been cleaned but the staff had time to discuss their personal lives
My first ever time getting Starbucks, so didn’t know what I was doing, but the friendly staff helped me. I chose the new drink dark chocolate latte, so good I’m coming back for sure
The staff at this Starbucks is super rude, not only they forgot of my order this morning, after I have reminder them, they got the wrong thing that I have ordered. With no apologies at any sort. This is not the first time I’ve got this kind of customer service but multiple times from different staff from this store. Super disappointed.
Maybe I'm biased because of my intense love for coffee and sweetness together, but here's my piece. In my opinion Newmarket is one of the coolest shopping hubs in Auckland. Especially with the Westfield 2.0 addition. Sitting in Starbucks Newmarket I get to see all kinds of people, unique fashion, unique looks, it's great. It's a buzz. As usual all staff are friendly and professional. Coffee is consistently amazing too. Please remember you can tweak your drinks after they have been made. This is not a bother to the staff, it is a guarantee/protocol of Starbucks NZ. Please try the Cinnamon Rolls. Woah. And the White Chocolate Mocha. It's imperative

A very popular place where starbucks coffee lovers come for a time out. A small place than expected. Loved the big windows, a variety of cups and tumblers on display. Staff were very friendly and nice. Coffee came out quick although a lot of orders were put through. :
This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a strawberry açai lemonade and it came with the half of the cup with ice cubes. I complained about it and the guy brought me a half of a cup of lemonade without ice, which was not my request, just less ice. To ruin still more my experience, the silverware that came with the food was disgustingly dirty. I complained about that too, and, instead of giving me a shiny clean ones, he barely wiped it off and gave it to me still extremely dirty!!!! I asked for the manager and the guy pointed out a girl “in charge”, who simply ignored me. She didn’t even bother to look at me, grabbed the ice-plenty cup and put that away. I wonder what she did with that drink… We’re Starbucks clients for at least a decade in Canada and never saw something like that. It seems that the name Starbucks does not mean good quality, good service, high sanitary standards and customer respect. This is the worst Starbucks ever. A little piece of advice: stay away from this store.
Pretty good stuff but not amazing. Overpriced for what it is. But what can you do? Pay for the name but not awful either.
