The staff at this place almost doesn't mess the name on my coffee to go cup up. A thumb up for that! The pick-up area in the café is super busy, though. Everyone that wanted to take their coffee to go was squeezed in that one corner. Together with delivery guys getting inside through the door of the same corner, the place gets super busy. This is not the best design.
Bad Mocha Frappuccino as the barista didn’t use pump to measure the right amount of coffee liquid and Frappuccino base but pour them as much as she thought it was right, which was apparently not. It tasted more bitter and not perfect. The price was £5.50 Better visit the ones in Angel, Green Park, Seven Dials, Chancery Lane, Soho for perfect drinks and cheaper prices around £5.10-5.25
Most polite location, no bathroom tho
Very spacious new Starbucks, but overall could use a good sweeping. The staff were friendly and prompt, though. Note it can get very busy due to close proximity to Vauxhall underground and bus stations.
I was waiting at the door with another person watching the staff scurry around getting ready etc. At 6 opening time, nobody came to the door. 3 minutes after 6 a woman came near the door ignored us and proceeded to lift supplies near the door. A few minutes later a tall man comes to open the door, he looked away while we came in. No apology or acknowledgement of my thanks. Unfortunately no matter how good service is, staff can defeat all the good work of others. The coffee was good, the place was clean mostly but not entirely looking at the stand where sugar is. I was just not impressed, maybe it was just not a good morning for them.
Being situated next to a train station in vauxhall, the staff must have seen a lot, possible everything and definitely experience some weired as s ************ This is a kuddos to the staff on how professional they are when the situation demanded it. Yesterday on Queen's Jublieee celebration, I came here to order a drink and upon entering the venue, there was this person who ackwardly sat down on the floor next to the counter. The person didn't bother anybody but the mannerism and attitude of person became the center of attention. I think everybody wanted to laugh at " how the situation was so bizarre" that it was comical. But of our respect for the person everybody acted like it was normal. The guy at the counter didn't flinch or react to the situation no matter how strange the situation became. He was professional, helpful and attentive to the customer.
Poor customer service with train journey - 3 issues. 1 had to ask for my porridge to be heated up 2 no spoon for my porridge and I had to ask for one 3 my porridge was sitting on the side with lack of communication
Receive orders quickly and accurately, and serve drinks. All staffs tend to do things calmly and quickly.
Good location, bad hygiene! Tried to get Croissant but so many fly in it Also, not great staff service
Nice atmosphere and music wasn't too loud which was a relief . Toilet was OK. Drinks good. Staff really lovely .Service: 5/5
