Not clean, table not cleared and barista complaining about serving, really a let down, seems like Starbucks has lost the magic it used to have as other places in London the same
I ask for a expresso u was more one americano in a expresso cup apart from that lack of knowledge how yo do a coffee not surprised as is regular in England unfortunately the hr departments r doing a bad job .Service: 1/5

The staff and service are usually pretty good and the cold drinks are fine. When it comes to the hot drinks these are missing anywhere from 20-25% of the drink and usually you get even less if you use a reusable cup even though It is a Starbucks reusable cup and you pay for the large.
Staff and Coffee fine - Toilets could do with some attention
Less than average coffee. Went and had a tetanus jab after using the toilets. Key words that spring to mind are: Skanky, Understaffed, Grubby and Disappointing.
This is that one coffee shop with a nice atmosphere inside and well-skilled staff. No matter what order, in or take away you always will have a good time there. This Starbucks is pets friendly too.
Great coffee, lovely staff but really needs a facelift. Dirty and broken inside and the toilets are a health hazard
The staff were very friendly and the coffee was great. Just incase it's yours, I thought I'd mention that I walked outside Starbucks and founds something that appears to be a Butt Plug on the pavement outside. You may of dropped this? Or it just popped out? I thought it best to leave it there and made no effort to move it I had my hands full, sorry. You may wish to pop by and take a look for it, or perhaps ask one of the helpful staff if they picked it up. Cheers.
Served without a smile by a guy who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Made me feel that I also didn’t want to be there. Coffee in a takeaway cup when I’m staying in, no plate for food just dumped in a bag and shoved at me. Other Independant coffee shops in town, why on earth did I go here. I remember the same last time I was here a few weeks back. Not the sit down and treat myself to coffee and cake experience I was expecting.
