We stopped by when we arrived from Paris while waiting for my mom to arrive from Nantes. The place was almost empty as it was already over 21h30. The waitress was very nice and smiley My daughter wanted a Strawberry and cream Frappuccino. We sat while waiting for our coach to Dundee. We came back one week after with pleasure as it was already time for us to return home. The employee are so nice and smiley there. I had the cheese toast for lunch. The place is quite big with a lot of tables and very clean too. Next time we fly to Edinburgh, we will off course stop by again. Thank you very much for your warm welcome
Had a good experience here. The service team were welcoming and efficient. The store is spacious and kept clean. I’ll be happy to return.
As always starbucks doesnt disappoint. The best feature is the charging port. Can relax and have one of their best coffees and mochas. The white chocolate mocha is one of the best beverages.Food: 5/5
Just wanted to give my sincere thanks to the young man, who worked on the night shift today, 12.01.23. He was so sweet and helped us a lot! Unfortunately i didn’t get to know his name, but it was the best Starbucks barista i ever met!
We had a long layover and spent most of the day here. Lots of tables, space, and some outlets. Amy was great and helped us out with hot water for medicine.
I had to wait for several hours for my flight so I was happy to meet such a lovely and caring team. Thank you Iona, Lachlan, Lara and Rohit who maintained the place tidy and really care about their guests here at the airport

Had a latte to go today and was served by Kai. Very pleasant and friendly definitely will go down as one of my most memorable coffee shop experience. You are really funny and coffee was great too Starbucks over Costa everytime.
Mirrim was SUPER NICE and very helpful making me an iced tea which they didn’t have like in America vs hot tea. I would have tipped her but tips weren’t accepted. She just came by to make sure my tea was good! Again just so nice!
Anne was a brilliant help while sitting at Starbucks, gave us much needed advice, we had to wait for over an hour for our lift home. We had been escorted to Starbucks in a wheelchair & we weren’t quick sure how to get our cases out to car park for pick up, she helped us secure a trolly & told us where to go. Wheelchair accessibility: More than ample room for the wheelchair
