Nice coffee shop but staff was not so helpful
Today evening 26/2 at 4.30pm one lady staff behaved so differently. She was constantly starring at us as if v did something wrong. We ordered a coffe and milkshake .she was not all interested in making that . I never felt such a bad experience from Starbucks before. I don't know how to give complaint against such behaviour. It was really unpleasant .
Coffee and cake were fine but the issue for me was two girls on one laptop with the sound up! Other people were on laptops but not with volume on or else listening through headphones. The staff didn't seem to notice and it certainly spoiled the relaxation of the experience for me. People should use headphones if they want to listen to something on either their phone or laptop.
Recently renovated this Starbucks now has a sleeker modern vibe and it is nicely situated amongst many office parks and opposite the Beacon Hospital. That said, this location is not only popular with people working in the area but also many students, so finding a place to sit can often be tough, it is frequently busy in there.
Was a nice place to be. Coffee great staff brilliant it is what you would hope for at a StarbucksFood: 4/5

Awful, a large cup of water is 5 euros, even a 5 gallon water tank from tesco costs less!
I personally think that Starbucks coffee is all about the famous brand. I went to get myself a cappuccino one morning and got a cold cappuccino instead. They could do way better! An extra star for the clean and spacious store.
Solid Starbucks, you get what you expect and what you expect is what you get. There is a reason why Starbucks is so successful the world over and I suppose that this Starbucks shows that like most of them do. Staff pleasant and the toilets clean at least while I was there :
Ordered Cappuccino x2....the service was quick no queuing where it was nice..the coffee was cold didn't have time to reorder.. Vegetarian options: My Daughter is Vegan..she ordered Cappucinno with soya milk and also got Vegan cookie..which she enjoyed
