Oh my goodness! How slow can these guys be to make coffees and keep queues down. I'm standing in a queue, there are 3 people serving and they can't seem to prioritise service over sorting out their stock. Getting a coffee shouldn't take 15mins in a relatively small queue but they're managing it handsomely over here. Terrible.
Spacious and detached property which is ideal as a Starbucks coffee shop venue. This branch is an easy to find meeting location right in the heart of Elstree and Borehamwood. Like it a lot.
Very helpful staff, although 1st time here I was treated like a regular customer.
Love their Frappachino but everytime I go in there I get over charged. I have told them their price list is wrong several times.
