Amazing Starbucks all meals and drinks are superb. Especially my favourite combo of the Smoked Hickory and Cheese Toastie and The Strawberries And Cream Iced Frappacino, the shaved steak rolls are amazing as well. Staff are very friendly and give great service.
Was a nice Cappuccino. I didn't eat but the guys looked liked they enjoyed the fruit toast and egg whites and bananas... they woman behind counter kept winking and blowing a kiss over to me which i found quite flattering as I'm in my late 70s . Will look forward to going back again.
Very quick in and out. They are nice about serving American favorites if you explain it. Pouring cream is mixed with semi skimmed for a rough balance of half and half. DO NOT PULL RED DRAW CABLE for the flush. It's an emergency alarm for the elderly. There's a silver knob in the back left of the ceramic top.
Food was OK. Coffee was good, hot and fast service. Sadly the staff were preoccupied with chatting with each other, rather than sort out the long queue forming. At least weather was OK and we sat outside. Place wasn't busy, so no real need for slow service.Food: 2/5
It is Starbuck's and I had a coffee! From the drive-tru! So yes the coffee I had was very nice; the service was excellent! Thanks James! Can't really say much about the atmosphere, because I was in the car. But it seems OK. I would definitely recommend Oxford services, for a quick coffeeFood: 4/5
Really good service by the two staff who served me Monday morning! A bright start to the day!
Really shocking service today. 4-5 staff working inside, but the door was locked. No sign. As I'm sitting in the queue outside i can see more groups arriving and looking confused. I knocked... loudly, but was ignored. I ended up going to the drive through window to ask what was happening. The middle aged woman that i guess is the manager was rude, and said something on the lines of "well if it's locked, it's not open". I suggested they put up a sign, but this wasn't well received. Avoid if you can, i expected better
Good, fast service. Very convenient. I go to this drive thru very often, however they don't always have the drink you want available.Service: 5/5
Really Dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. Area where you get sugar from was a mess. 4-5 staff but the server was on their phone playing a video game. Shocking for Starbucks usually so much better than this.
Toilets are filthy, even though staff are just standing around and 1 small light working so very dark. Staff didn't understand my order even though it was basic. It has always been clean and staff very friendly. Not sure what has happened this time.
