Very disappointed in the service here as of late. The staff used to be friendly, smile, and take the time to ask your name. Now, there is no greeting or eye contact, and customers are treated like an inconvenience. It's like the staff went out of their way to ignore us. The milk jug was empty, and when I told one of the staff, they grabbed the jug, unscrewed the top, and put it back in front of me. There was hardly a drop in it. All I wanted was a little milk, but that was too much to ask, I guess. Such a shame, as this used to be a friendly place.
I went here to do a bit of work on my laptop. It’s a lovely Starbucks , big & airy. The staff were so lovely - considering the small interactions I had with them there was a guy & a girl Sarah & DJ I think there this morning that were just so helpful & nice. Well done & thanks
Very nice, plenty of seating, parking right outside. Nice selection of drinks and treats. Bit pricey but all coffee is nowadays.

Just not good when you witness staff continously arguing with each other in front of customersService: 4/5
1. The Staff: the staff are always great. They are Always very approachable and helpful and friendly but i think more staff are needed as they get worked to the bone so starbucks needs more staff or else a pay rise. 2. Cleanliness: This starbucks is Always very clean. Not a spot of dirt anywhere. 3. Food: There is a good selection of food and coffees and my favourite...... mint hot chocolate. 4. Prices: i find some things to be reasonable and some other things a bit pricy like the sandwiches. 5. Car Parking: there is a very big free car park as this starbucks is located at a shopping centre. 6. Complaints: i think more staff are needed as they get worked to the bone so starbucks needs more staff or else a pay rise. 7. Others: its very relaxing in there when having a sit down coffee
Amazing vibe! Staffs very friendly and fresh food.
Today I went and the attention of a young lady was very bad; I asked her for some milk to put in my coffee and she did it in a rude way.
Lovely coffee but a small bit expensive when you combine a treat with your coffeeFood: 3/5
