Polite customer service. Mocha was very welcoming against the cold wet weather.
Good spot to take a coffee break. We keep coming back here when visiting Southport as they allow dogs. Our dog seems to settle down quite nicely.
Fantastic customer service. The lady with the Bob and the Dr Martens has just made my daughter's birthday. She had pestered me for a Starbucks frappaccino for her birthday and mistakenly I ordered a macchiato. She swapped it free of charge and had a lovely chat with my daughter while they made it. Couldn't ask for better service.
Once again a very trusty Starbucks. Always good coffee and very covid safe.
