There aren't enough stars on this review page to merit this place. Not only is the coffee incredible but the staff continuously go above and beyond, repeatedly exceeding expectations. As a regular customer I have been able to repeatedly see the kind hearted nature about the people who work there. I am lactose intolerant and each member of staff knows this and doesn't have to ask for my order. I have seen the way staff interact with their customers and the way they talk with each one as if they have been friends for years. This is the kind of service every coffee chain should aspire to. Unfortunately it appears that some of the most recent reviews on this website have a conflict in opinion with me. However, every individual is entitled to their own opinion and are able to express their own warped version of events. I will continue to be a regular and loyal customer to North Cheam.

Don't sit next to the 'self closing' front door on a cold day! I was there with my 2 year old granddaughter in her stroller. Almost every time somebody came in or went out I had to get up and close it. The door doesn't close properly, the mechanism needs adjusting.
