Never have a bad visit here. Coffee is always tasty and hot. If you have any issues then the staff are willing to help. One of our coffees were a bit strong for one of my party so simply asked for more warm milk at this was added quickly. The muffins were tasty and moist.

Don't know how they make any money. Twice I've been in there, both times only had one person in front of me, but the time to wait for coffee and the laid back speed of the staff is painful to watch! Would never bother again.
