Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It smelt of urine in the car park. When we ordered our drinks the water was dirty (discoloured and floating bits in it) before a tea bag was added and we showed the member of staff she agreed with us and instead of offering us a refund suggested 10% off our next drink. I can't believe they would have served that to begin with. I never normally complain or take things back but this was beyond. Avoid

Premises were very clean. Being December, it was extremely cold and frosty outside. Member of staff was scattering salt on pathway into premises !! Staff very friendly and efficient. Food and drink hot and delicious. Although, do find prices a bit high but no different to Costa prices, who also could bring prices down a bit !!

Not bad for a starbucks.  Broken toilet roll holder in the loos.  Burnt coffee, like all starbucks.  But really comfortable chairs and more space than most coffee shops.  I personally like the view of traffic.   I could visit again if I need to while passing.

Signposting off the roundabout could be improved. We are unfamiliar with area and had to go around roundabout twice looking for correct exit. Nice clean and tastefully decorated area with clean toilet area. 
We enjoyed a hot sandwich and beautifully presented,  healthy salad along with good cup of tea. A welcome break.

I've been to a few Starbucks and I can honestly say this is one of the better experiences I have had, and it was due to one of the Baristas called Jenna. Usually a Starbucks won't have filter coffee and offer an Americano as a substitute, but Jenna went out of her way to put some fresh coffee on and make a filter coffee instead of asking me to settle for an alternative. On another occasion she made a flat white that was one of the best I have had. I recommend this Starbucks, but mainly because of having some fantastic cups of coffee made by Jenna.
