We came this morning and we ordered 2 large pumpkin spice lattes with blonde roast, I tried mine after we had left and it just tasted like a latte with no sugars to which I did not order I opened my lid and opened my partners lid and the colour difference you can tell I didn’t get my pumpkin spice. It clearly states on my sticker on my cup that it should have been a pumpkin spice latte with blonde roast clearly wasn’t!nHighly disappointed as we do enjoy a Starbucks in the morning.

Walking in up to the counter and noticing the guy serving was on his phone drinking a coffee, is not what I would expect when most tables were full of used cups and plates waiting to be cleated away. The guy didn't even look up to serve us just got on with putting his phone and coffee down then serving. How extremely unprofessional

I'm sick to death of being served curdled bad whole milk! I order iced latte with whole milk at least three early mornings a week. Three times now the milk has been bad, so I make a point of asking for staff to check it's fresh. On 19th Sep I asked again to check, was cockily informed by a new young woman the milk is always fresh here... Ok, I hoped it would be... Nope bad again! For £3.80 can you fathom why?nPlease will management address this? Its not rocket is it? Four times this year, come on?

Always accepted my NHS id badge in the past but jobs worth today said no I need a blue light card. If I'd known how bland and dry the lemon cake was I wouldn't have bothered

Bit of a wait but a lovely clean shop with plenty of seating....... well worth the wait though!
