I just ordered two coffees, one pistachio coffee, one mocha latte, for take away.nBut they make it wrong, as dine-in.nThey press both coffee on the table messy, in a very careless manner.nnVery poor experience .
It's been a while since I visited a Starbucks because I find the coffee fairly average. Now I don't know if they have changed anything but I thought the coffee overall was better than I remember. Having said that, my Mum thought her Latte was a touch weak.nI'm giving the place 4 stars because it was better than expected and the place was nice and clean, as were the toilets.
Their cleaning and tidying up was terrible. Their customer service was terrible. I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order.
A just about average experience of Starbucks. Emily whom served me was a polite and patient young lady. The barista who prepared the drinks, at a leisurely staggered pace, was pretty much the opposite. At least with me.nThe Cinnamon swirls were quite dry and plain tasting. The Latte being the seasonal one, was lacking in any flavour. It'll pass to whet the whistle, but for £18 I'd expect an awful lot better all round.
I can’t comment on food I didn’t have any. But as always my coffee order was. Wrong. I always avoid this Starbucks because they just give you anything they want. But traffic was horrendous. I can’t have full mil so everytime I say skimmed and for whatever reason I never get it. If you can’t get the order right. You need to get a new job.
