I usually order online from this shop many times. This is the first time that I visited here and I ordered Double chocolate chip frappuccino Venti for 2, but the barista give me 2 Tall size so I told her that I ordered Venti and she changed the size for me but I've got only chocolate frappuccino.nnI just feel a little disappointed and if I have time I'll tell her to change it again. Anyway I still give 5 stars because I never had any problem with order online and the taste still good for me.
At this coffee shop, beware the parking plight,nStay too long, and you'll get quite a fright.nA hundred quid for a cup, oh what a twist,nAnd the staff won't help, they just persist!nnThe coffee's just okay, nothing to boast,nBut the parking fines, they'll hurt you the most.nYou sip and you chat, thinking all is well,nBut your wallet will suffer, as stories will tell.nnSo if you visit, keep an eye on the clock,nOr you'll be in for a financial shock.nA bog-standard brew, with a hefty fee,nThis coffee shop's a trap, as you can see!
absolutely shocking service when waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes while staff gossiped to each other instead of doing their jobs. Then proceeded to give us the completely wrong order. Avoid at all costs unless they hire staff who can actually do a decent job.
Drive through was slower than walking in and ordering. Caramel machiato had no caramel. Caramel latte had no caramel either. Told me they cant warm up an almond croissant when ive had it at Starbucks branches before. Can do better.
Nice Starbucks, unfortunately pretty busy, so they never seem to have a good selection of foods to go with the drinks. Also always seem to be told this or that drink if out of stock for the day before ordering. Shame as it's such a nice interior cafe for a starbs, just let down by their stock management.
