As regular visitors to this drive thru, we were simply appalled by the treatment if a customer by a staff member called Conner.nnConnor, was so rude to the gentleman that was enquiring where his drink was.nnWe will have to think twice about bringing our children in here again if that is going to be the behaviour of the staff. The atmosphere was so down today and the staff seem to be very down today. We even were surprised by the tone as we were served.nnVery disappointing!
My drive thru coffee treat that I have once a week, always met with politeness and efficiency. Not eaten here so can't 5 star it.
Great customer service. The team were amazing. Awesome coffee, too!
Shocking visit. The staff were so miserable and rude! They really need some customer service training. Will never visit there again, awful experience!Would like to give a 0 star if I could.
