Had a really lovely experience via Drive-Thru this morning. Ordered two bacon rolls, two almond croissants, two coffees. When I was paying, the assistant think she was the manager asked if I was treating someone to their breakfast. I said yes, it was my mum’s birthday and she wrote a birthday message on my mum’s cup. She was really friendly and wished me a great day/ happy birthday to my mum.nnFood was great, service was efficient, service was lovely. A little thing for them made a big difference to my morning.
With all due respect, hot drinks were served with such unprofessional behavior. The drink was all over the cup and forgot to add 'extras' that were requested. Had to remind and the staff literally opened the lid, threw/wasted some drink, put the topping and handed in the dirty cup.

Always pleasant. Love Jade. Want to take her home! So polite and courteous. All facilities always spotless. Enjoy coming into Starbucks when by daughter has her piano lesson
Staff don’t listen to questions or communicate correctly, wasted 500 stars on a regular drink when could have had large after questioning and not getting a straight answer. Had to ask for sugars, and then had to ask for a stirrer, am I expected to stir the drink with my fingers? Training needed ASAP
