It was our first time visiting this store Wednesday evening , and I was so impressed with the service from the lady who made my drinks. She took the time to advise me on how the points rewards work, and she was very pleasant and friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she is a credit to the company. Keep up the great work :
Not dog friendly never had this experience in a Starbucks! Also made the wrong drink for my friend who has intolerance to mint. We asked for chamomile only. It was filthy when we arrived tables not clean. Poor customer service! Everyone said the dogs should be allowed in as well behaved. I wouldnt come here again and don't need to with the lovely independent coffee shops across the way at Radcliffe market we just thought we would try something different for a change but were banished to the cold outside with the wrong drink!
The staff are beyond exceptional here they go above and beyond to ensure that the drink is what you desire, to recommending healthy options and even doing table service. They come highly recommended.
It's Starbucks. Consistently good coffee. Staff were cheerful but more focused on their conversation about another staff member.
Had a really lovely experience via Drive-Thru this morning. Ordered two bacon rolls, two almond croissants, two coffees. When I was paying, the assistant think she was the manager asked if I was treating someone to their breakfast. I said yes, it was my mum’s birthday and she wrote a birthday message on my mum’s cup. She was really friendly and wished me a great day/ happy birthday to my mum.nnFood was great, service was efficient, service was lovely. A little thing for them made a big difference to my morning.
