This Starbucks is literally disappointment personified.nThey NEVER seem to have oat milk in. Literally always run out. Even if you go in the morning.nWhat’s worse is that it’s in a retail park right next to an ASDA. GO AND BUY SOME OAT MILK FROM THERE! It’s like 30 steps away from your till FFS!nNo problems with the staff - but jeez go and get some effin’ oat milk from Asda if you’ve ran out all the time… or maybe order more next time you put an order in??!nThe amount I spend with Starbucks - they should have an infinite supply at all stores.nRidiculous.
Just ordered a Banana loaf. drive through display didn’t say it contained nuts. But even without all the nuts the loaf was stale and so dry like it had been out on display all day. Not even edible - straight in the bin! Not what I expect from Starbucks
the worst customer service ever. asked for my drink iced they gave it hot, and when i asked for it iced they just gave me milk. only one nice guy that works there and that’s it. worst service i’ve ever had in a starbucks - do not come here.
Ordered a drink that is £5.50 at every other Starbucks, tap my card without looking as I was in the drive thru so you can’t see the top of the machine. Check my bank statement £6.25! Every other location the drink is £5.50. Not sure how they get away with hiking the prices up!! Save your money. Go to a different one!
