Nice treat. It's always great coffee and good food, too.
Shocking experience, called in for a coffee and then broke down. Now received £100 fine for length of stay. Appealed with proof of green flag comms with recovery, rejected by VARS. Emailed Starbucks at Frontier, no reply. So be wary stopping here could cost you big. Money making scam!
Visited on Saturday with my son & ordered 2 simple drinks. An Xmas drink was out of stock...at Christmas, they got my drink wrong & forgot to make my son's drink. It wasn't even busy & the service was terrible. I've been here a few times, I definitely won't be back. I understand this time of year it can be stressful, but they were just plain rude the young woman & lad making the drinks and clearly lack any basic training in customer service. Considering how much Starbucks charge, they could at least provide better service.
Terrible service and attitudes, staff could all benefit from training. Girl at the till took her time, didn’t even acknowledge me until she was ready, atmosphere was terrible, drink given in a cup when I clearly asked for take out. Basic manner cost nothing and the staff here are miserable and clearly need training in customer service.
Can't lie it's wrong to not answer the phone ignoring phone as soon I went inside the starbucks it was empty order the drink but phone was turn off
