Very rude member of staff this morning I am afraid. Slamming drink down on the counter, had to replace, didn’t even speak. Also look out for parking fines, I got a fine as I typed the reg plate on the touch screen and a digit did not register…always take a screenshot once you have inputted your details.
Parking Fine Threats! Don't Go! Certainly don't sit in and think you can relax. No clear parking signs and no communication to warn/advise you from staff. No customer service support lines or email address to help with issues from Starbucks either. Honestly, avoid, not worth the stress!
First time of visiting, for a works meeting and it seemed quite a few others were doing the same thing too. There was good service and plenty of seating.
Regular customer, always coming for a quick coffee, brought my friend today for a casual meeting and Service was horrific. Ordered my drink and paid for it then at the waiting station the lady handed us what we thought looked like our drinks so asked and she said a diff order so we said oh that’s not ours. Then she asked what is ur order so read it out again and asked if we’d paid for it at the till. Responded yes and happily waited but the rude lady screamed at us saying PATIENCE CAN U BE PATIENT… making us feel embarrassed bc we were fine with waiting. So anyways she read my order but was missing half the stuff off it so I just reminded her and She jus screamed the same order back in our face like I’d paid for those extra things so I was confused? Gave us the drink then another young mother who had her hands full hadn’t collected her drink and the other barista Looking really moody screams CAN SOMEBODY COLLECT THEIR name of drink? Really abruptly. I felt bad and felt like collecting the drink to serve to the young mother myself.nDo not recommend.
Rude staff. Wouldnt let us order a frappinccino 1 hour before closing. A lot of sass and attitude from the counter staff when she added whipped cream and I'm lactose intolerant.
