I hope to update with the 5 stars it has always deserved..nn**Update**things have improved and it seems there has been adjustments made to bring the standards back to where they have been previously.nnI have been a regular at this particular Starbucks for the past three years, visiting almost daily and sometimes even twice a day. Historically, the standout aspect of this location has been its remarkable staff. They've always been both exceptionally cheerful and highly efficient, making each visit a pleasure.nnHowever, I've noticed a noticeable decline in the staff's enthusiasm and the overall speed and efficiency of service over the past few weeks. I'm not certain if this change is due to new management or other internal shifts, but the difference is palpable.nnI truly hope this is just a temporary hiccup and that some adjustments can be made to bring back the high standards of service that I've come to know and love at this Starbucks. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
Super friendly staff and good coffee
I always come here to have my frappe.Today I ordered choco frappe with 3 little ones and one customer shouted at me and said to shut up my kids.Then one of the staff who's in her 40s came and said also the same thing.I felt discriminated maybe because I'm Asian. THE MANAGER who was there didn't do anything about it.I will never comeback and order again.
We had a light snack at the Starbuckd. Customers service was very good. The bacon roll was very tasty with a chilly sauce. The place was clean and well presented. The service was very quick.
I normally love a good Starbucks, but I was extremely disappointed in this visit. First of all the staff were so busy chatting to each other and their friends that they completely ignored the customers. When we eventually got our coffee it was luke warm and not really drinkable. We also had 3 toasted sandwiches which were undercooked and not very appealing. I think I’ll pass on this coffee shop in future.
