Good coffee. It was a little too hot though. The staff members seemed occupied by unknowns and it took so long to get an extra paper cup. If they were more attentive, my experience would have been better.nnThere is a car park both at the front and at the back of the cafe and the drive through services are available.nnAt the front, two parking spaces are for collection only and one can use it only for 5 minutes so watch out for the sign.
Coffee at this branch always tastes burnt or old and not strong. Service is ok but this time I went in at 1pm and the floors are really dirty. Not sure if it’s cleaned thoroughly. Looks quite old and the store needs an upgrade.
Second time using the drive thru today - first time was in the afternoon and ordered a medium regular caramelised macadamia latte. All good, got charged £4.73, service was great too.nn5 hours later I go back through the drive thru and order the EXACT same thing - medium regular caramelised macadamia latte.nFirst off they gave me oat milk when I didn't ask for this so I had to get it remade absolutely not an issue, but I then realised they'd charged me £5.51.nnThe price went up by 78p?? For the exact same drink? 5 hours later?nnI questioned this and apparently the price hadn't gone up and I was wrong. Despite currently looking at my bank account. Maybe I should have gone to Specsavers. Oh wait, I DO use Specsavers. So it can't be that nnAfter some research, I'm pretty sure I was charged for a Venti, but despite being charged this, I was still given a regular size drink.nSo either way, I was charged more than I should have been for what I ordered.nnIf inflation is going up by 78p per 5 hours these days, someone let me know so I can jump ship NOW and go live in the rainforest where I can just make my own coffee or something.
Accessible drive through, close to shops. Quickly made the drinks I ordered and loved the Luxury Fruit Toast. Nicely toasted with butter and jam.
Nice coffee but messy and all tables had dirty cups on. No one was clearing them. Furniture was worn and ripped. Needs a refurb.
